Dr. Stephanie Rittenour, originally from Canada, moved to Massachusetts in 2003 after graduating from Chiropractic college. She attended Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA on a volleyball scholarship and worked towards attaining her Bachelors Degree. She enrolled at NYCC in January of 2000 and attained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in April 2003. She has worked on the North Shore since 2003 and moved to Newburyport in 2006. She worked in Newburyport for almost 3 years before opening her own practice.
Dr. Stephanie is a Certified Chiropractic Pediatric practitioner and has completed 180 hours of course work through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association/Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics. She is also certified in, and has good success with, the Webster Technique. Dr. Stephanie is also a member of the American Pregnancy Association. She has also taken advanced classes on working with children with ADD/ADHD and Sensory Processing/Integration Disorders.
Dr. Stephanie prides herself on her individualistic approach to care and believes that every patient and every symptom is different and should be treated that way. She is always happy to sit down with current and prospective patients to answer any questions or quell any concerns.
Dr. Stephanie and her husband Rich live in the South End with their children Beatrice and Otis, and 2 cats, Dewey and Oscar.
